Goal
The increased participation of the Arkhangelsk region in international funding programs and the increase in the volume of attracted international programs funds to regional projects
Tasks
• increase the number of submitted applications from the Arkhangelsk region to international funding programs;
• improve the quality of project applications and develop the competence of project teams by means of acceleration (working with projects aimed at their rapid growth in a short term);
• create in the Arkhangelsk region a permanent team of project managers, mentors who will deal with the work of project teams and aid in projects and applications preparation;
• create a database of Russian and international partners of the Arkhangelsk region;
• expand the pool of international development institutions, cooperating with the Arkhangelsk region.
